Aviva announced as sponsor of Smooth Radio’s Weekend Breakfast Show

From 3 March, Aviva will be the new sponsor of Smooth Radio’s Weekend Breakfast Show hosted by Pat Sharp.

The initial three-month deal, concluded by Angela Tyrer from GMG Radio Solutions and Zenith Optimedia UK’s Jo Kariolis, covers the 6-10am Saturday and Sunday show, its accompanying pages on Smooth Radio’s website and a two-week daily Smooth Radio Good Health Guide feature.

The campaign will also aim to help Aviva engage with Smooth listeners by offering practical lifestyle advice and health tips.

Jonathan Gillespie, GMG Radio’s group commercial director, said: “We are delighted to be working with Aviva. We’ve worked together to create a brand campaign that works on different levels, highlighting the services that Aviva offers, information on a range of health related subjects that will resonate with the listener and added engagement with the audience online.”

Online content will include an integrated microsite containing additional health and wellbeing information and interaction.
