Kiddicare appoints Kindred for social media campaign as it expands onto high street

February 16, 2012 | 1 min read has hired Kindred to handle a social media engagement campaign.

The appointment follows the online retailer's announcement that it will be opening 10 flagship stores with the first location chosen through social media.

To help fulfil this promise, Kindred will deliver all digital and social media elements to the campaign including digital design, build and content production.

Jennie Cox, head of PR and social media at Kiddicare, said: "We feel that social media provides us with the best platform to engage them in the business’ future plans plus give them the power to decide where we open first."

Kindred pitched against three other agencies to secure the brief.
