The Brand Union has today announced changes to its senior team through two promotions and three new hires.

Mark Chatelier has been promoted to creative director at the London office of the agency, and Nick Thomson to principal consultant.

Clare Styles, formerly employed at Wieden +Kennedy, has also been appointed as creative director, while Mark Smith and Chris Drew have joined the agency as design directors.

Toby Southgate, The Brand Union CEO for UK and Ireland, said: “Our agency is at a revolutionary point. We are evolving in engaging and innovative ways, driven by our people and fuelled by the belief that we can and should do things differently. The calibre of talent we are attracting and developing is indicative of this new approach.
