MoD appoints Capita consortium featuring JWT to handle army recruitment drive

The Ministry of Defence has appointed a consortium involving ad agency JWT to handle a major recruitment drive for the army.

The Capita consortium has been chosen as the preferred supplier for the Army's Recruiting Partnering Project, ending an exhaustive selection process that began in 2009.

Capita confirmed the appointment in a statement on its website. The contract is due to be officially awarded next month subject to approval by ministers.
