Sports supplements brand Myprotein has launched its first TV advertising campaign.

The ad, created by Seveer Media, will be shown across Sky Sports and Sky Sports News, throughout this month.

Marketing director Mark Coxhead said: "Whilst it is a bold step, we feel the move into TV marks a major step in the history of Myprotein with our sights now firmly set on being the UK’s number one sports nutrition brand, bar none."

Myprotein is also advertising on the London Underground and recently renewed its long-standing partnership with World 400m hurdles champion Dai Green.

It has also formed a new partnership with GB Taekwondo ahead of the London 2012 Olympics.
