Amazon, Mobile and e-commerce highlighted as key ebusiness trends for 2012 in US

Three trends will dominate ebusiness in the United States this year, Mobile, Amazon and e-commerce, claims a new report.

According to a report from Forrester, the three trends will include; Mobile, with a dramatic rise in phone and tablet-based shopping will see strategy shifts to for both in-store and online. Amazon is expected to influence retailers online practices this year, from prices to search behaviour, while it is expected that more shoppers will turn to online when looking to spend, resulting in more retailers including an online component within their offering.
