Mobile phone firm giffgaff has launched a new campaign featuring Keith and Orville starring in a rap video.

The two-minute parody, created by Albion London, urges viewers to "unlock your phone and unlock a chicken".

Giffgaff is working with the Wood Green Animal Sheter to re-home battery hen chickens when new giffgaff SIM cards are activated.

Albion executive creative director, Nick Darken said: "People on long mobile contracts are analogous to battery hens, laying profit for big mobile companies.

"We launched the idea of unlocking real battery hens through new SIM activations last year, and the giffgaff community loved it. We're now giving them shareable content to help get the chicken love out there. And yes we know - Orville is a duck."

The campaign gets underway today.
