The University of Leeds is understood to have finalised its £4.5m design framework for graphic design, web design and development and video production services.

The university has said that it cannot at present confirm which agencies have made it on to the roster, owing to EU Public Procurement Regulations which require a 10 day stand-still period between the notification of the successful tenderer and the contract award.

A source involved in the tender process has however revealed to The Drum the list of agencies making it on to the framework. These are Digitronix, Ink Digital, MadebyPi, Magnetic North, Numiko, Rare Creative and Rippleffect.

The framework, which has a combined budget of £4.5m over a four-year-period, will run across three lots. The first for graphic design will have a budget of £2.6m, with the first year expected to spend around £650k. Lot 2 will include web design, with a budget of £1.4m over the length of the contract, and a first year spend of around £350k. The third lot for video production will have a total budget of £550k and a first year sped of around £150k.
