Publicis places £25m value on Pixelpark as it eyes full acquisition
Marketing service group Publicis is attempting to acquire the remaining shares of German digital communication agency Pixelpark.
The group already owns a 57% stake in the company with a value of around £25m reportedly being placed on the company as a whole.
According to Marketing Services Financial Intelligence, Publicis has offered to pay €13.3 million to acquire the remaining shares of the agency, which was founded in 1991.
Pixelpark has offices in Hamburg, Cologne, Bielefeld, Barcelona and Zurich and employs around 370 members of staff.
