Personal injury lawyers Spencers has launched an interactive campaign that features a series of real life YouTube accidents and challenges the viewer to determine whether those involved have grounds for a claim.

The 'should they claim?' website features five videos including a cyclist being hit by a car, a woman who falls down some stairs in a pub and a dubious scam.

The campaign was developed by MBA and is being seeded by Viral Seeding.
