Legal creates outdoor campaign with Transport Media

Transport Media took care of the brief and planned a campaign to target business commuters firstly in London and then Manchester. trialled Outdoor Advertising by running a Tube Car Panel campaign on the London Tube in December, and are now advertising on the Manchester Metrolink for two weeks, beginning today, to promote the service in the North.
