WPP's Shalmor Avnon Amichay/Y&R acquires majority stake in Union Media Israel
WPP owned Shalmor Avnon Amichay/Y&R has acquired a majority stake in media investment agency Union Media in Israel .
The global marketing communications network has acquired a 75% stake in Union Media Israel, founded in 2008, and now employing 30 people.
The company currently works with clients such as Abbott Kika, Orange, Stauss Group and Teva.
