Playground specialist makes social media child's play

Social media may be the playground of media and marketing types but now one enterprising play equipment manufacturer is looking to bring the format direct to actual playgrounds.

Playground Markings Direct are aiming to assist children and their teachers through social media by offering resources such as downloadable multiplication tables on their Facebook page and the latest industry news.

In addition they are also offering one lucky school, children’s centre, play park or nursery the chance to win a £900 play hut.

The incentives are designed to grow awareness of the variety of playground equipment produced by the firm; including rock climbing boulders and a timber pirate ship.
