BrandOpus creates new look for Pipers Crisps

BrandOpus has created a new brand identity and packaging design for Pipers Crisps Co.

The agency was appointed to work with the brand in October 2011 following a two-way pitch.

Its brief was to develop "a bold and assertive identity and pack design".

The new branding now features 'The Piper' character as part of a quirky masthead, a new colour palette and fresh flavour descriptions detailing the origins of the products.

The revamped packs are available in 1400 outlets across the UK and the new identity will be rolled out shortly across Pipers' website and other brand touchpoints.

Alex Albone, CEO at Pipers Crisps Co., said the brand "now boasts better stand out on shelf".
