Facebook brings in Amaze to create Facebook booking application

January 24, 2012 | 1 min read has tasked Amaze with the creation of a Facebook app which will socialise its booking process.

The appointment, following a three-way-pitch, will see the app developed as part of the company’s above-the-line campaign and will allow users to create a list of ‘Book it’ destinations and activities through the Laterooms Facebook site.

It will also allow users to share their trip ideas with friends and encourage interaction between users.

“Linking the app to our website and appropriate hotel offers will increase conversations amongst Facebook users and drive traffic to the booking engine,” explained Rich Kemp, social media manager at
