STV Group appoints Genevieve Shore as a non-executive director
The STV Group had announced the appointment of Genevieve Shore as a non-executive director to the board from 1 March.
Shore, who currently sits on the management board of Pearson plc, has had commercial experience in the media, publishing and technology sectors. She replaces Matthew Peacock who resigned as non-executive director today, having served on the board since February 2007.
Shore said: "I am looking forward to joining the Board of STV. The company has a clear strategy to connect with consumers via new digital services and deliver innovative and engaging content at the heart of this offering."
