Cook Italian launches in UK with Facebook campaign

Food products brand Cook Italian is running a Facebook campaign as it launches into the UK.

It is working with digital agency Activation to build up a Facebook following and raise awareness of its range of tomato products, pastas and sauces.

This will be followed by a press, in-store and online media campaign.

The Cook Italian Facebook page encourages users to create their own ‘Food Face’ on a plate and share it with the world. They can then enter a prize draw to win a hamper of products.

Marketing manager Amanda Orchard said: "We’re really excited to be launching Cook Italian on Facebook - it gives us a platform to build dialogue and connect with our consumers at this key time for the Cook Italian brand. We’re really looking forward to seeing the fabulous creations that are added to our gallery too."
