Tag Heuer appoints Tangent Snowball as UK CRM agency

Tag Heuer, the luxury watch and lifestyle brand, has appointed Tangent Snowball as its UK digital creative, direct and CRM agency.

The agency was appointed following a pilot direct mail programme.

Its work now will include database management and supporting TAG Heuer’s events and sponsorship programme (such as the Goodwood Festival of Speed) with on-and-offline communications including email, direct marketing, micro sites, competitions and more.

A key part of the agency’s remit will be running TAG Heuer UK’s monthly email programme and the brand’s customer database of more than 100,000 people.

The next data campaign will aim to reach customers who need to service their watches.

Their work in the luxury sector means they have experience in reaching and communicating appropriately with a very discerning target audience. The sort of communications we are now able to do are market-leading in the luxury sector.”
