Scout London has announced that it is launching a free weekly print magazine in March, looking at the best food and drink venues, shopping experiences, sport and fitness, film, comedy, club nights, arts and culture and live music.

125,000 copies of the magazine will be distributed at tube and railway stations, select retailers, hotels, health clubs and offices across the city, with about 50% of copies to be hand distributed outside major London Underground and National Rail stations.

Jim Zambrano, founder of Scout London, said: “There’s so much going on in London, it’s very easy to be overwhelmed and miss out on the best that the city has to offer. Scout London condenses this long list of activities, events and happenings to highlight how Londoners should best spend their time and money. For visitors to the capital, Scout London will be the perfect handbook to the city, showing them how to make the most of their stay in the city and avoid the tourist traps.

“Scout London is the perfect platform for advertisers targeting outgoing Londoners. It has great pass-on potential as it comes out every Tuesday, giving people plenty of time to plan their weekend activities, ensure they don’t miss a must-see midweek activity and then share it with a friend.”
