Four senior hirings made at Gyro

Following the promotion of Claire Wright to managing director of gyro, Katherine Torrence has joined a client services director, while Scott Henry has been named as the agency’s UK planning director and David Brown are data planning director.

Torrence, previously managing partner at agency.com, will also head up the agency’s accounts with T-Mobile, FedEx and L’Oreal.

Hendry joined from Proximity/BBDO where he has held the European planning director role for three years, while Brown joins from Royal Mail.

Anthony Abdool, senior copywriter for EHS4D has also joined gyro as head of copy.

Claire Wright said, "These hires reflect the growth and development of the agency over the last six months. It is great to have our senior positions filled by such talent and experience from across the agency world".
