Liverpool’s leading business network, Downtown Liverpool in Business (DLIB), has appointed Kenyon Fraser to handle its PR.

The agency will raise the profile of the organisation regionally and nationally, as well as helping to lobby and campaign on issues affecting the region’s business community.

Frank McKenna, DLIB’s chairman, said: “2012 will be a big year for Downtown. There’s a huge amount of development in the pipeline which needs to be communicated. Kenyon Fraser employs high calibre, intelligent individuals who genuinely understand business issues. I am confident they will do a great job in getting our messages out to the right people and helping promote both the interests of our members and their success stories.”

Richard Kenyon, MD, said: “DLIB is now recognised as most influential private sector led organisation for businesses across the region. We are delighted to be working with Frank and the team and are looking forward to contributing to the organisation’s communications strategy and next phase of growth.”
