Outdoor playground equipment company Proludic has hired PR Agency One to handle a PR and social media campaign.

The Manchester agency's first job is to launch Proludic's Sports Legacy Zone concept, and it has enlisted Olympians Steve Bakley and Roger Black to act as 'virtual coaches'.

The pair will deliver an online virtual coaching programme which provides users with exercise routines, challenges and group games to be carried out on a range of play equipment.

Each session can be accessed at a Sports Legacy Zone by scanning QR codes, which smartphones can use to trigger virtual coaching videos that are available via the handset.

Agency managing director James Crawford said: "With its innovative use of virtual coaching the Sports Legacy Zone is the playground of the future. The campaign seamlessly integrates the latest digital and social media with a classic business-to-business press office, but also provides Proludic with content to support their field sales staff."
