Traynor denies Daily Record departure
Jim Traynor has denied that he is leaving the Daily Record, despite rumours on Twitter.
Yesterday it was announced by Trinity Mirror that it had entered a ‘confidential period of consultation’ with four senior members of staff.
Sports editor Traynor was amongst those predicted to be leaving the newspaper, along with Bob Caldwell, Derek Stewart Brown and Tom Hamilton.
