Glasgow and Inverness based Inksters Solicitors has unveiled a new brand identity, created by O Street.

As the founding Scottish member firm of the QualitySolicitors Organisation, Inksters could have been the first firm in Scotland to rebrand as QualitySolicitors. However, it decided not to go down that route and has left QualitySolicitors in favour of enhancing its own brand.

Brian Inkster said: “With the onslaught of Alternative Business Structures, branding and market placement will be of ever increasing importance to law firms. QualitySolicitors offers a good solution to some high street firms who are worried about competing with ‘Tesco Law’. However, for a firm like Inksters, with niche service areas, we felt the fit was not quite right and that we would be better placed directing our energies in enhancing brand Inksters.

“The new brand reflects Inksters’ place in the legal market as forward thinking lawyers and incorporates an arrow device. This points to Inksters’ care for detail, progressive approach and the fact that we direct clients and lead the way.”

The new identity was launched with branded Christmas hats being delivered to all clients and contacts of the solicitors firm.
