Waitrose thanks members with Christmas cards

Waitrose is working with Kitcatt Nohr Digitas to send myWaitrose members a Christmas card to say thank you for their loyalty.

The supermarket chain briefed the agency to create a direct marketing campaign to reward and retain its members this Christmas.

The card contains money-off vouchers and encourages recipients to 'Serve up a little magic this Christmas'.

Neil Stead, marketing manager for direct marketing at Waitrose, said: "We wanted to send our myWaitrose members something to say thank you and make them feel special this Christmas. We hope the vouchers enclosed in the Christmas card will help with their shopping in the festive season.”
