Infographic: Manchester City FC has largest Facebook growth while West Brom has largest Twitter growth for December
Manchester City FC is the fast growing Premier League Football club on Facebook this month, while West Bromich Albion is the fastest growing club on Twitter, according to a new infographic.
The inforgraphic, produced by Freestyle Interactive, is the agency’s first of its new monthly round up of Premier League social media stats.
It reveals that in December 2011, Manchester City FC grew its number of Facebook likes by 10%, adding 127,611 likes to its page, while West Brom increased its Twitter followers by 20%, with 884 new followers this month.
The infographic also has a league table of tweets and Facebook likes which are currently led by Arsenal and Manchester United respectively.
