Parentdish launches Christmas competition with Facebook app

Parentdish, the parenting website owned by AOL, has launched a Facebook application to reward its readers this Christmas.

The idea behind the app was devised by Cherry London, which teamed up with 77Agency to build it. The app shows prizes from partners including Alton Towers, ELC UK and The Funky moose that users need to click on and 'tag' to stand a chance of winning them.

Isobel Sita-Lumsden, Senior Consumer Marketing Manager at AOL said: “We wanted to create an innovative way of both rewarding our existing Facebook fans for their contribution to our Facebook site and drive traffic to the site.
