MBO and rebrand takes place at Bunnyfoot Scotland as the behavioural research agency becomes Nile.

After nearly six years since its launch in Edinburgh, Sarah Ronald, managing director of Bunnyfoot Scotland has bought out the agency and rebranded it to become Nile.

"The direction of usability testing and experience design is fast evolving; in the last year we have been moving far beyond website testing and therefore Nile's service offering has greater emphasis on user-centric service design," said Ronald

She continued to says that while service design was still relatively new to the Scottish marketplace, the agency was finding a growth of interest amongst London based clients.

"The MBO of Bunnyfoot Scotland was a natural evolution of the business . Nile's mission is clear: to design seamless and relevant experiences that work, wow and deliver results. The split has been very amicable and was agreed as a good move for all of us and I remain very good friends with both my former directors,” added Ronald.

Nile will retain all of the Bunnyfoot Scotland staff and operate from the same offices, while it has also recruited new client teams into service and experience designers, who will have a focus on creating a holistic brand picture of multi-channel customer experiences.
