Outdoor food brand Wayfayrer has appointed Leeds agency Clearsilver Marketing to support its trade and consumer PR activity.

Wayfayrer, which has been providing meals aimed at campers, walkers, climbers, sailors and other outdoor enthusiasts since the 1990s, recently revamped its packaging and now hopes to attract new customers.

Louise Leach, Clearsilver’s managing director, said: "We are thrilled to be working with the UKs biggest outdoor food brand and have some really exciting plans to really engage with consumers."

The campaign starts with trade media outreach in 2011, building up to consumer facing activity in 2012.
