Burger King has released its Christmas advert, as the brand launches its first ever Festive Menu for Christmas 2011.

The 30, 20, and 10 second TV adverts were devised by OPEN with DLKWLowe, and feature a man treating himself to a present of a Steakhouse Angus burger.

The TV adverts will be supported by in-restaurant POS by OPEN, as well as online Facebook activity by digital agency Pancentric.

CHI & Partners, the advertising agency which won the Burger King account in August, will be designing above the line creatives from 2012.

Jo Blundell, marketing director for Burger King Ltd. in the UK and Ireland, said: “We’re continuously leading the way with the best quality burgers on the high street and this Christmas is no exception. This is a time for tasty, indulgent treats and the Festive Menu won’t disappoint, tantalising taste buds and giving customers the chance to indulge in the festive season.”

The Festive Menu, available until Monday 2 January 2012, sees the return of the Steakhouse Angus, which is accompanied by the brand new Cranberry Chicken Tendercrisp, Jaffa Cake Fusions Ice Cream and Hot Chocolate Brownie.
