IAS B2B set to take shareholding in Fifth Ring and acquire Paris agency
Media Square owned agency IAS B2B is understood to be very close to officially announcing that it has agreed significant investment into Fifth Ring and another agency, thought to be in France.
The Fifth Ring deal is expected to be announced in the coming weeks, although it is an openly known secret within the communications industry that the two companies have been sharing resources to test the water in advance.
Fifth Ring has offices in Aberdeen, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and Houston.
Another agency is also expected to be acquired by IAS b2b, but at the time of writing no comment was information was forthcoming from the agency.
