Mariah Carey has performed a concert in five European cities at once, in a Saatchi & Saatchi campaign created for Deutsche Telekom.

Last night, the International star performed the simultaneous holographic concerts for the latest instalment of the ‘Life is for sharing’ campaign.

Carey appeared before audiences in Germany, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Poland at the same time, in the form of a hologram that interacted with real dancers and live audiences.

After a ten minute performance the hologram then exploded into the sky, before she led a rendition of ‘Silent Night’ and concluded with ‘All I want for Christmas is You’.

The project was led by Jason Romeyko, European creative director for Deutsche Telekom and an international team at Saatchi & Saatchi EMEA, including members of the agency in Poland, the UK, Macedonia, Montenegro, Germany and Croatia.

Romeyko said: “This is ‘Life Is For Sharing’ at its superlative - an amazing moment that people be part of in so many different ways, all across the world.”
