HTC runs Facebook comptetition to find music 'legends'

HTC has begun a Facebook campaign to promote the launch of HTC Sensations XL with Beats Audio.

The campaign aims to extend engagement with consumers through the social media platform, using their love of music.

Developed by Profro, ’25 Steps to Being a Music Legend’ will run across 14 countries in EMEA and is part of HTC’s first integrated advertising campaign for HTC Sensation XL with Beats Audio.

The application will feature 25 things that music fans should experience, such as ‘watching a cult music film’ and ‘making someone a mixtape’ and will also allow fans to earn status badges, from ‘Newcomer’ to ‘Legend’.

The competition element to the campaign challenges fans to post the most amount of content highlighting that they have done all 25 tips to become a ‘legend’, and will run for a period of 25 days.
