Former Channel 4 digital group commercial manager joins SpotXchange

Nick Callaghan, formerly group commercial manager, future & digital media advertising for Channel 4, has joined video advertising service SpotXchange as its director of sales.

Callaghan will be based in London and report to Andrew Moore, who was appointed European managing director for the company in June. He will lead the commercial team at the business, with a focus on agencies and their use of the platform.

Andrew Moore commented: “This appointment will ensure we deliver the service levels and insight required to capitalise on the growing demand for exchange led buying for video. Nick has extensive experience of working across VoD and has key relationships across both the digital and broadcast departments of agencies. Having worked with Nick at AOL, I am confident he will play a significant role in growing the UK business and building strong partnerships with agencies and their trading desk solutions.”
