COVA colour print has appointed Mark Pryde, owner of Black Ink, as managing director and majority shareholder.

While there will be no change in the core product, Pryde wants to build on the One to One offerings and personalised solutions for key market sectors.

He said: “I am extremely positive at the prospects for COVA, having a long track record of producing effective work. Scott Westland and the rest of the team have positioned us well for the future – and we are confident of this being a launch pad for exciting growth in both the core work and for new routes to market that we have identified.”

Previous owner Nick Felisiak will be a nonexecutive and retain a minor shareholding.
