HarperCollins Children's Books appoints new marketing director

HarperCollins Children's Books has appointed Nicola Way as its new marketing director, who will take up her new role in January next year.

Way was previously a board manager at marketing agency Iris Digital, where clients included Orange, Coca Cola and Disney. Prior to this she held marketing positions at Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, Tesco and Dunnhumby.

Alison Ruane, associate publisher, said: “Nicola brings to HarperCollins Children's Books a vast amount of experience in developing successful creative consumer and retail marketing strategies for some of the biggest global consumer and FMCG brands.”
