ticketSOUP.com launched its Christmas campaign, designed by Tangent Graphics, at a fireworks display on Glasgow Green on Saturday.

The ‘Give the Gift of Going Out’ campaign suggests that vouchers for tickets are the ideal present for Christmas.

Branding sites have been secured for the campaign throughout the city.

ticketSOUP.com will also work alongside Clyde1 as part of the campaign, which will run an on-air campaign featuring promotions across several stations from 21 November to 4 December. Prizes will include tickets to SECC gigs such as Noel Gallagher, the Wanted and One Direction.

Sean Murray, head of event marketing at the SECC, said: “We were delighted to kick of our “Give the Gift of Going Out” campaign at such a high-profile event. This was our way of giving something back to our customers and a fantastic way of launching our Christmas campaign to highlight events being sold via ticketSOUP.com.

“The idea behind “Give the Gift of Going Out” is to offer the consumer a solution to choosing the ideal Christmas gift – allowing the recipient to purchase gift vouchers which can be redeemed for tickets for a host of events being sold by ticketSOUP.com.”
