Wolfstar acquires social media marketing agency Tiger Two

Wolfstar, the London and Leeds PR consultancy has acquired social media marketing agency Tiger Two.

The deal sees Wolfstar take sole rights to the agency’s title, intellectual property and assets of Tiger Two, which has been trading for five years.

Tim Sinclair, managing director of Wolfstar, commented: “Our intention is to assist marketing directors and show the added value of digital public relations when working more closely with marketers. The acquisition of Tiger Two is the first stage in that process.

Bachi Mahta, former managing director of Tiger Two remains with the company, joining the board of Wolfstar.

“A key element of Tiger Two’s value lies in our online social media training courses, which I believe are unmatched globally. I’m delighted that Wolfstar have acquired Tiger Two as the skill and knowledge within Wolfstar will provide an unchallenged offering in the industry. Wolfstar will assume responsibility for servicing Tiger Two’s existing client base and for updating and further enhancing the online training courses, re-branding and reintroducing them in November.," added Sinclair.
