Google has enhanced functionality of its Google + social network with the introduction of “Ripples”, a feature which allows users to relive conversations, comments and sharing conducted throughout their history on the site.

Accessible via a simple drop down menu this presents past activity in a custom graphical interface.

This allows users to zoom in on specific events and chart the propagation of their posts across the network as the sequence of sharing is recalled.

Google hopes that this feature will allow people to better understand how successful posts can be carried across the network, outlining precisely how many people have (and are) viewing it.
