PBS, the new UK television channel from the US-based Public Broadcasting Service, has hired Hypernaked and the7stars to produce its launch communications.
Hypernaked will help turn the channel's proposition of "where television matters" into a creative campaign.
The7stars will plan and buy media with the aim of creating a schedule of media partnerships that will engage the channel's target upmarket audience.
Jenny Biggam, founding partner of the7stars, said: "We’re aiming to make PBS the most significant television channel launch this year."
PBS launches on Sky channel 166 on Tuesday 1 November.
