The sponsorship idents for Maybelline’s support of US TV show, Gossip Girl, has been created by McCann London.

Season five on the show began yesterday on ITV, with the sponsorship comprising of fast-moving visuals of women in New York.

Andrea Davies, L’Oreal senior account director at McCann London, said: “For us this sponsorship went hand in glove. Fashion, colours and trends with an urban edge – the DNA of Maybelline and Gossip Girl alike.”

Maybelline will be launching in-store promotions tied into the show later in the season.
