Financial services body TheCityUK has a new website, created by marketing agency Positive Digital.

The brief for the website was to bolster brand exposure, attract new interest in the organisation, and provide its members with exclusive content.

The Richmond based agency developed a solution to create a personalised experience for TheCityUK’s diverse membership base, consisting of representatives from different financial services sectors such as insurance, banking and asset management. Once logged in, users are shown bespoke content according to their specific profile, including public and member interest groups, and additional content only for those TheCityUK members who sit on specific committees.

Giles Elliott, director of communications at TheCityUK, said: “It is clear Positive Digital has created a user friendly framework for our audience not just in London but beyond. The complexity of the technology is elegantly disguised by the ease of the interface. All in all an excellent result and we are thrilled with its delivery.

“Positive Digital has been a very good, responsive agency and a delight to work with. What stands out is they are bright people who are able to add to ideas at outset, and then actually deliver them. It is rare to arrive at the delivery with such a sense of a strong team between client and agency.”
