Nokia Siemens partners with Xtract to offer analytics service

Nokia Siemens is partnering with Xtract, a provider of social-intelligence powered predictive analytics technologies to jointly deliver a Predictive Analytics solution.

The service is aimed at mobile operators globally, to help them target their marketing campaigns more effectively, and will be integrated into other Nokia Siemens Networks’ offerings for Customer Experience Management, such as campaign management.

“Social Analytics is a powerful tool to enhance the customer experience, which is a top priority for many operators,” says Matthew Dove, head of solutions and portfolio management in Consulting and System Integration, Nokia Siemens Networks.

“It provides valuable insight for automated action, such as targeted promotions, to reduce churn and increase subscriber ARPU.”
