Centaur Media to outline plans to double revenue in three years

Publisher and events company Centaur Media aims to double its revenue over the next three years.

The company will publish its financial targets today at a capital markets presentation to investors and analysts, where it will announce its target of doubling total revenue and digital revenue over the next three years.

The aim to achieve this will include mergers and acquisitions, as well more paid for content and events.

Mark Kerswell meanwhile has been appointed as chief financial officer for the company this week. following the resignation of Mike Lally who had been interim group finance director.

Geoff Wilmot, CEO of Centaur, said: "I am delighted to welcome Mark as our Chief Financial Officer. In the short time he has been with us, he has already made a substantial impact.

"It is with deep personal regret that I have accepted Mike's resignation. On behalf of the Board and all of us at Centaur, I would like to extend our best wishes to him and his family and to thank him for his significant contribution over the past 10 years."
