She has extensive experience in business transformation and in particular working with shareholders to build the necessary infrastructure, culture and leadership to ensure on-going profitable income and to maximise value on exit.

Straight talking and jargon free, Lewis provides hands on advice to help shareholders focus on what will help maximise value and she will act as a stellar negotiator when and if the time is right to exit the business. Over the last eight year Lewis has been involved in negotiations with College Hill, Next Fifteen, Omnicom, Cello and Huntsworth Plc among many others.

Rose has an extensive network within the creative sector amongst both buyers and private equity players helping companies raise external capital where necessary to help accelerate growth. Prior to Pembridge Partners, Lewis worked for several high profile media companies during the 90’s before joining venture capital firm 3i where she was involved in investing in early stage internet start-ups.
