Transworld Publishers and digital agency Somethin' Else have brought Richard Dawkins' new book to life as an iPad app.

The Magic of Reality app is based on the book of the same name by scientist Dawkins and illustrator Dave McKean. It features the full text but also animations, video and audio to bring the concepts to life.

Paul Bennun, chief creative officer at Somethin' Else, said: "The iPad app has the unique ability to make scientific concepts and models come alive for readers, and producing the book for this new platform is a natural fit for someone as visionary as Dawkins."
