Valencia promotes Twitter feed on football shirt due to lack of sponsorship
One of Spain’s top football teams, Valencia, has solved the void left on its shirts where usually sponsorship branding would be, by placing their Twitter handle there instead.
The club is now using their playing kit to promote its Twitter account, having failed to land a shirt sponsor this season.
Instead the shirts now read @ValenciaCF to promote the club’s Twitter account, that currently has over 35,000 followers.
