Google TV roll out in UK to be 'a challenge' predicts Enders
The roll out of Google TV in the UK is likely to be a ‘disappointment’ similar to its roll out in the US, says Enders Analysis.
The analysis company has said that the roll out of Google TV in the US a year ago was a ‘disappointment’ having received little broadcaster support, and has found a ‘low adoption rate’ as a result of the price of devices.
The same response is predicted for the company in the UK and across Europe by Enders, which predicts that ‘key broadcaster TV and video programming’ will be a ‘major challenge’.
