Ian Stewart, founder of Gremlin Interactive, has sold his shares in Zoo Digital, where he previously served as chief executive.

Having sold his 150,000 shares, Stewart no longer has any ‘notifiable interest’ in the company according to an announcement to the stock market, having stepped down as chief executive in 2006.

Stewart had continued to work with the company as a consultant since 2006.

Herald Investment Management has however tajen a 20.1% interest in the company’s shares with the South Yorkshire Investment Capital Fund apparently interested in 6% of the company’s shares.
