Turner Broadcasting partners with Xbox mark launch of new Cartoon Network show

Turner Broadcasting and Microsoft’s Xbox have announced that they are creating a branded partnership across the Xbox and Kinect networks to mark launch of new Cartoon Network show The Amazing World of Gumball.

The partnership between Turner Broadcasting and Xbox was formed through media agency MediaCom London.

The series is now set to debut on Cartoon Network in the UK, having launched in the USA in May, and Turner Broadcasting is supporting the series launch with the Xbox branded partnership as part of a campaign which includes cinema, TV and online activity.

Turner Broadcasting’s UK marketing team has worked in partnership with The Amazing World of Gumball production team and the Xbox senior design team in the UK and the US to create the animated environment for a bespoke animation which will sit within the Xbox Live homepage called Spotlight.

The brand experience will include themed player avatars and wallpapers for users to download and millions of Xbox credits to give away.
